Terms of use
The rules for using Presign, short enough to read before you agree to them.
01 what_presign_is
What Presign is
Presign reads the requests your wallet is about to sign and explains them in plain words. It cannot sign, send or hold anything, and it never asks for your keys. A verdict is our reading of a request, not a guarantee that signing it is safe.
02 your_account_and_keys
Your account and keys
You need an account only for paid plans, API keys and settings sync. Your wallet keys never pass through it. We cannot recover a wallet, reverse a transaction or freeze funds, so what you sign stays signed.
03 paid_plans_and_billing
Paid plans and billing
Pro costs 19 USDC a month and Team 79 USDC a month, paid in USDC on Ethereum, Base or Arbitrum, or by card. Paying for a year gets you two months free. Cancel from the extension at any time and your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
04 the_api_and_fair_use
The API and fair use
Free API keys allow 10 requests a second, paid keys allow 200, and a batch call takes up to 100 requests. We may slow down a key that goes over its limit or is used to probe the rules for gaps. If you find a gap, report it to security@presign.example and the bug bounty applies.
05 liability
Liability
Presign is provided as is. We are not liable for losses from transactions you sign, including ones Presign marked safe or could not check. Where the law does not allow that, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
06 changes_and_contact
Changes and contact
We post changes on this page at least 30 days before they apply, and email paid users about them. Questions about these terms go to legal@presign.example or to Presign Labs, Rua Example 12, Lisbon.
